JONAS SAMUELSON is CEO at Electrolux, one of the world’s largest manufacturer of appliances. The company committed to science-based targets already in 2018 and has been named “best in class” by the Dow Jones Sustainability Index twelve years in a row.
In 2019 Electrolux launched the Better Living Program, an action plan with targets to enable sustainable living, and to make Electrolux climate neutral and circular by 2030. In order to support the initiative they provide 100 million SEK from the Electrolux Food Foundation through 2030 to support employee-driven sustainability initiatives around the world. Samuelsson holds a Master of Science in International Business Administration and Economics from School of business, economics and law at University of Gothenburg.
