HENRIK HENRIKSSON is the CEO of H2 Green Steel, committed to accelerating change in the steel industry by decarbonising steel production. He is the former CEO of Scania, the first major manufacturer of heavy commercial vehicles whose long-term climate goals, aiming to achieve zero CO2 emissions by 2050, have been officially approved by the Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi). He is active in dialogues between policy and industry, for example in the work to develop concrete roadmaps to a fossil-free Sweden. Henrik was also a member of the 2030 Agenda delegation appointed by the Swedish government. He participated in the first round of the Executive Programme in Resilience Thinking in 2018 and is the author of the book “Sustainability leadership”.
