PAUL POLMAN was CEO of Unilever, one of the largest transnational consumer goods companies in the world, until 2019. Under Polman’s leadership, the company set an ambitious target aiming to decouple the company’s growth from its environmental impact, while increasing its positive social impact.
Paul serves as Chair of the International Chamber of Commerce, The B Team, Oxford Said Business School and is Vice-Chair of the U.N. Global Compact. Paul has received numerous awards globally for his leadership and efforts in sustainable development. Paul is Co-founder and Chair of IMAGINE, a benefit corporation and foundation accelerating business leadership to achieve the Global Goals.
